  • Developing a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction
  • Source targeted leads to fill up our events using media channels including print, social, display, email, native, search and affiliate
  • Launch autoresponders and email campaigns to drive traffic to landing pages
  • Accurately analyse campaigns performance and KPIs
  • Optimize ad campaigns to drive down customer acquisition costs and increase the volume of new leads acquired
  • Identifying new customers
  • Supporting sales and lead generation efforts
  • Creating promotions with advertising managers
  • Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
  • Compiling lists describing our organization’s offerings
  • Developing and managing advertising campaigns
  • Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events

  • Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration

  • Develop compensation and benefits plans
  • Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process

  • Minimum diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Arts/Creative/Graphic Design or equivalent
  • High proficiency in all software related to the field etc AI, Photoshop, InDesign
  • Advantage for candidate with Video Editing skills
  • Candidate should have interest in Event organizing tasks and able to work with minimal supervision

  • Develop and execute idea and concept, design, printing and production
  • Responsible for designing company profiles, marketing materials including Advertisement, Catalogues, Brochures, posters, banners and website
  • Propose and design with regard to design style, format, print production and deadlines
  • Advantage for candidates with Multimedia design and animation skills
  • Must be creative and have a strong eye for detail
  • Work with project and marketing initiatives and execute assigned design project from concept to completion
  • Able to handle other tasks assigned by the Management



  • Qualifications and training within the videography field are preferred.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, knowledge of Mandarin preferred
  • Photography skill an added advantage
  • At least 1 year’s experience in related field
  • Experience with audio/music editing with FCP or alternate software an asset
  • Familiarity with third-party effects and plugins for the above-mentioned applications
  • Knowledge of lighting techniques, rigging and wireless audio systems
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Meticulous, organized, creative-thinking and tech-savvy
  • Alert and possess initiative, positive attitude and pleasant personality
  • Malaysia Citizens or PR


  • Undertake various types of video shoots, including event coverage, interviews and locations
  • Produce video/teaser for each promotion and marketing activities
  • Enhance and touch-up photos/Videos
    Maintain video archive
  • Keep video equipment and accessories in good condition
