Copy Writer

JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Write compelling copy for direct response marketing campaigns that generate sales leads and drive consumers to take action.

  • Contribute written content for our emails, sales copy, website, advertisements, social media, brochures, videos and other online and offline media

  • Work with analytics team to fully understand and evolve copy based on conversion & engagement analytics

  • Assist in developing ad concepts for digital marketing ads

  • Craft hard-working headlines, subject lines, teaser copy, body copy and calls-to-action to guide storytelling and effective customer response

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSET:


  • The ideal candidate is a strong writer with direct response background.

  • Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Creative Writing, or related field

  • 1+ years experience in crafting direct response copy where writing is conversion-focused

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with high quality spelling and grammar

  • A mindset that takes into account performance & analytics when creating copy

Graphic Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Develop and execute idea and concept, design, printing and production

  • Responsible for designing company profiles, marketing materials including advertisement, catalogs, brochures, posters, banners and website

  • Propose and design with regard to design style, format, print production and deadlines

  • Advantage for candidates with Multimedia design and animation skills

  • Must be creative and have a strong eye for detail

  • Work with project and marketing initiatives and execute assigned design project from concept to completion

  • Able to handle other tasks assigned by the Management

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSET:


  • High proficiency in all software related to the field etc AI, Photoshop, Indesign

  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Arts/Creative/Graphic Design or equivalent

  • Minimum diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent

  • Advantage for candidate with Video Editing skills

Event Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION


  • To develop and execute our marketing strategy to grow this business arm.

  • Strengthen relationship with the head trainer or event speaker.

  • Connect with suppliers to secure and book venues for live events and trainings.

  • Manage and coordinate with hotel clients and suppliers during live events and trainings.

  • Build key strategic relationships and partnerships with influential players in the market.

  • Get on the phone and build strong relationships with our customers, clients and prospects.

  • Follow up with customers and seal deals to meet sales targets.

  • Share a report on daily activities with your manager, including; sales targets achieved, and number of leads generated.

  • Assist with the closing sales process including; registration, processing payment, getting agreement forms signed, calculating and reporting sales figures.

  • Work with your program manager to fill in the details required to execute the marketing strategy to grow the business.

  • Provide support to administrative and office management activities for pre-event and post-event related activities including;filing paperwork, recording work-instructions, getting agreement forms together, following up on outstanding payments, documenting procedures and processes etc.

  • Provide necessary support and care for the event speakers or head trainers.

  • Help event coordinators gather all materials and equipment needed to set-up the event beforehand (PA/AV, testing equipment, writing materials, checklists, marketing materials, banners etc.).

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSET:


  • At Least 1 Year(s) of Working Experience in tele-marketing, business development, sales management, health, financial or other related fields.

  • Candidate possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration / Financial/ Computer Science / Marketing / IT or equivalent.

  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa (other Asia languages is a plus)Competent in Microsoft Office

Position 4

Accounts Cum Admin

JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Prepare full sets of accounts including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll using accounting software for the company

  • Comply with Malaysia tax, accounting and reporting requirements including Tax Reporting, Annual Return reporting

  • Provide relevant information to accounting firm for preparation of accounts and tax submission including

  • Estimated Chargeable Income, annual tax submission, tax queries

  • Ensure bank reconciliations are updated at least once in 2 weeks

  • Prepare cashflow projections report for next 3 months

  • Prepare monthly management accounts for performance review purposes

  • Review opportunities for tax planning purposes

  • Sales collections are properly accounting for and follow up on all outstanding collections

  • Ensure approved payments are made on a timely basis

  • Involved in events logistical setup and booking (flights booking and hotel accommodations)

  • Involved in sales closing process at Wealth Mentors previews

  • Provide support to clients or prospects for training programs we offer

  • Ensure office equipment, reception, phones system, cleaning, stationery, printing, internet system, office insurance are maintained properly

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSET:


  • Min LCCI Diploma / Degree in Accounting

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience

  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills•

  • Able to work independently

  • Computer literate & able to work long hours

  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
